This Privacy Policy describes how the Contactilo mobile application (“App”) handles information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

The App is developed and published by AiutoLabs (“we,” “us”). We do not operate a separate login or social network inside the App. There is no Contactilo “account” on our servers.

2. Data the App stores on your device

The App stores your relationship and contact-related information locally on your device using Apple’s on-device storage (Core Data), including for example:

• Contact records you create or import
• Notes, reminders, gift ideas, and similar content you enter
• Optional profile images and attachments you choose to add
• App preferences (e.g. display settings) as stored on the device

We do not receive a copy of this content on servers we operate for the core functionality of the App.

3. iCloud and CloudKit

If you use iCloud, your data may sync between your devices using Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit, subject to your Apple ID settings and Apple’s terms. In that case, data is processed and stored under Apple’s infrastructure as described in Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not control Apple’s systems.

4. Contacts and photo library

If you choose to import from your address book, the App accesses contacts only to copy the information you import into the App, as permitted by iOS. If you allow photo library access, it is used for features such as profile photos or attachments you select. You can revoke access in iOS Settings.

5. Notifications

Reminder and similar alerts are scheduled using Apple’s local notifications on your device. We do not send push notification campaigns from our own servers for the core App experience described here.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features, if offered, are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. We do not receive your full payment card number. Apple provides us with subscription status information necessary to unlock features. See Apple’s terms for purchases.

7. Analytics and crash data

We do not operate our own analytics service that collects the content of your contacts or notes. Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store and device analytics (for example crash diagnostics or usage trends) according to Apple’s policies and your device settings.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App in a way that is separate from Apple’s platform rules.

9. Your choices and deletion

You can remove your data from the device using features inside the App (for example data reset or delete options where available) and by uninstalling the App. iCloud copies are governed by your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

10. International users

If you use the App outside your home country, your information may be processed on your device and, if you use iCloud, by Apple in accordance with Apple’s practices.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
